How to make this Pea Garden Salad


  • 1/2 cucumber, diced
  • 4 sweet pepper, diced
  • 2 cups peas, cooked and cooled
  • 1/8 cup raisins
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp apple cider or white vinegar
  • salt and pepper, dash of each.
  1. In a bowl add the diced cucumber, sweet pepper, cool peas and raisins.
  2. Drizzle in the olive oil, vinegar and the salt and pepper seasoning.
  3. Mix well to combine and refrigerate about 1-2 hours before serving.
  4. Enjoy!
